• Participation is open to all organizations with operations in the State of Texas.
• To participate, you must complete the Data Submission Kit with your job matches, compensation information and other pertinent data. The submission kit will be emailed to you.

When you participate, you will receive your individual company analysis which includes regression and scattergram charts for each employees group.

There are three participation levels based upon your need for information

• The Executive Summary is a summary of the state-wide results for all reportable jobs in the survey.

• The printed and bound Compensation Survey reports the lowest, average, highest, and median pay levels for each job category. In addition to statewide results, summary and comparison data is provided for various geographical locations such as Dallas/Fort Worth, Upper Gulf Coast, and East-Central-West Regions of the state. Detailed job-by-job analysis is provided on CD-ROM.

• The printed and bound Benefit Survey provides important information regarding the eligibility requirements to participate, the cost sharing arrangements, and the level of benefits provided. The price includes the Texas Compensation Survey
